An education is the based for progress of people and it must be integral in different areas such as mathematics, language and history, but in the same way we must create a critical thought must be a sense of belonging therefore we must be created scenarios that encourage development of Emotional and communicative, cognitive skills that are integrated among them, make that the decisions that the citizens take to help to build a democratic and integral society with the objective of defending and promoting fundamental rights and thereby afford quality education not only it would reduce the poverty rates but it also will give the opportunity to build and contribute to a society that allows and accepts diversity.
In order to create such scenarios the task should not be delegated only school environments but on the contrary these should articulate all fields in what student develops to find the necessary spaces that allow you to develop decision making in the real life and so be able to develop those skills
There are different types of citizens competencies in which we find cognitive,emotional communicative and integrative skills
Cognitive skills: These are based on the ability to analyze different possible scenarios and identify opportunities to build new knowledge
Emotional skills: These are the identification and management of own emotions and of others person to have empathy
Communication skills to keep a conversation in an assertive way where different options are proposed to make decisions.
Integrative skills: be assertive and integrative in all aspect in your life ,collaboration to achieve common goals
We can show that it is a great challenge because we must break paradigms that we have created in a society where individuality predominates and we will learn to generate empathy to achieve competent and respectful responsibility, committed to defending the rights and duties of ourselves and others, promoting equality accepting diversity from there, we will have ioda not sure of ourselves with tools that facilitate collective and individual
