Citizen competencies stand out in the rights perspective and in providing tools basic so that each person can respect, defend and promote fundamental rights, to implement them with the situations of everyday life Citizen competencies represent the skills and the knowledge needed to build coexistence, these develop since childhood, boys and girls will be able to building the principles that base human rights and thus will have them as a goal for the good of society, by understanding its true meaning and by incorporating them in everyday life, they will learn, really and not only in theory, to promote them, to respect them, to make them respect and seek support when they are at risk.
Education is the basis for citizen competence and for students to be trained as persons capable of promoting human rights and culture, for the progress and prosperity of new generations. People capable of reacting to the world and doing everything possible to improve it; But for this, strategies must be implemented in institutions, which must increase their level of communication and practice of morality within a society and allow them to acquire a self-critical thinking in front of society and politics in general.
What the institutions of today need is to implement in the students the capacities and the knowledge necessary to create in them a caring culture and that later they can be the ones who fight and persevere for the fundamental rights and for all that the society deserves, that grow as good people, respect and give respect to others, who demonstrate with action the union and strength of society.
On the other hand, it is necessary to implement the practice of democracy, good decisions and the implementation of empathy so that they are people who think and defend the common good and not only their own, in addition to always looking for a balance of justice.
